Respect the mat. Respect each other. Train safe.
Respect basic hygiene. Wear clean clothes, trim your nails, wash your feet before stepping onto the mats. Cuts and wounds need to be covered. Any sign of infection or sickness — don't train.
No jumping or falling on people's legs or knees.
No slamming. If you lift someone off the mat, it's your responsibility to put them back down safely.
Be careful with people's necks. No neck cranks allowed.
Submissions need to be applied in a slow and controlled manner, giving your training partners plenty of time to tap.
